Alan Bell -Manager
Alan (he/him) has been involved with Recharge as a worker since 2007. Alan has a keen passion for Youth Participation and children’s rights.
Alex Foden -Youth Worker
Alex (he/him) has been involved with Recharge as a worker since 2021. Alex has a keen passion for arts and crafts and playing the drums.
Amber Norris – Youth Worker
Amber (she/her) has been involved with Recharge as a worker since 2026.
Ashley McGinn – Lead Youth Worker
Ashley (she/her) has been involved with Recharge as a worker since 2015. Ashley has a keen passion for arts and crafts and baking.
Connor Martin – Youth Worker
Connor (he/him) has been involved with Recharge as a worker since 2026.
Gillian Stephenson -Youth Worker
Gillian (she/her) has been involved with Recharge as a worker since 2026.
Jen Craighead – Focus Youth Worker
Jen (she/her) has been involved with Recharge as a worker since 2025 and supports the Recharge Focus activities with a particular focus on 1 to1.
Kyle Munro – Lead Youth Worker
Kyle (he/him) has been involved with Recharge as a worker since 2015
Lisa Black -Youth Worker
Lisa (she/her) has been involved with Recharge as a worker since 2026.
Lynsey Nimmo – Lead Youth Worker
Lynsey (she/her) has been involved with Recharge as a worker since 2015, she enjoys baking and cooking.
Natasha Simpson – Youth Worker
Natasha (she/her) has been involved with Recharge as a worker since 2013. But also volunteered with Recharge previous to being a young person and loves baking
Ryan McNeil – Youth Worker
Ryan (he/him) has been involved with Recharge as a worker since 2020. But also volunteered previous to this
Ryan Moir- Recharge Focus Coordinator
Ryan (he/him) has been involved with Recharge since 2023. He has a focus on leading Youth Participation groups and the other Recharge FocusServices. Enjoys quizing and making slime
Sam Renton – Youth Worker
Sam (he/him) returned Recharge as a worker in 2026 having previously attended as a young person, volunteer and youth worker
Stewart Sands – Youth Worker
Stewart (he/him) has been involved with Recharge as a worker since 2013 and is involved in Music and making pancakes.
Tasha Melville – Lead Youth Worker
Tasha(she/her) has been involved with Recharge as a worker since 2024 and promotes independant skills with young people
